The 2017 Infoway Partnership Conference is an annual interoperability event designed to create a forum for knowledge exchange, debate and discussion through a showcase of digital health thought leadership and best practices. Join health care leaders and share their learning, discuss opportunities and address challenges to help transform health care delivery in Canada.

Conference Objectives
o Showcase leading practices and their success;
o Address the challenges facing policy-makers and health leaders in transforming health service delivery; and
o Discuss types of innovation and new technologies that can help to transform health systems.

Expected Outcomes
Conference participants will:
o Come away with practical ideas to bring to their work settings;
o Build strong networks and engage in challenging conversations;
o Be better equipped to address system transformation challenges; and
o Learn about Infoway’s strategic goals and objectives.

Canada Health Infoway (Infoway) is excited to host this year’s Conference during Digital Health Week. The fourth annual Digital Health Week (November 13-19, 2017) is organized by Infoway under the national consumer education and engagement umbrella brand, Better Health Together.

Over 30 Supporting Organizations representing national consumer health, clinical and digital health industry associations, plus provincial/territorial governments, are working together to raise public awareness of digital health during the week, with growing interest from new national and provincial organizations to take part.
